9 pm/ET CBS New It's no secret that the eighth-season ender is the last episode for Gary Dourdan, who plays the increasingly troubled Warrick Brown. Dourdan is reportedly leaving the show due to his own trouble-plagued personal life. Tonight Warrick is accused of murdering a Las Vegas gangster. That's bad enough, but the most disturbing aspect is the fact that Warrick isn't certain if he is innocent or guilty of the crime. Either way, as far as the show is concerned, he's a goner. —
