Dateline." Michael will be in a much better mood in tonight's hourlong Season 4 finale. His office nemesis, slumping human-resources drone Toby Flenderson (an always restrained and effective Paul Lieberstein), prepares to bid adieu to Dunder Mifflin. As such, the desk jockeys throw a good-bye party in his honor. Meanwhile, Toby's replacement (Amy Ryan) arrives, only to become the victim of hazing. —
