9 pm/ET BBC AMERICA New James Marsters reprises his delightfully manic role as Capt. John Hart in tonight's explosive (literally!) second-season finale, and he's back with a vengeance since Jack was "very rude" the last time he was in town. Seeing that he nearly killed Tosh, Ianto and Owen in an explosion in last week's show, it doesn't look like John will get too warm of a reception this time around either. And was that
