Charlie Bartlett is about a privileged young man who finds trouble at every private school he is admitted to. He is expelled from all of these institutions, and eventually is forced to attend public school where he is mercilessly teased. Charlie soon discovers that all the misfits, popular kids, and average high school students are just like him - desperate for acceptance. Charlie becomes their secret psychologist. His fellow students go to his office (in a bathroom stall) where they talk out their issues and problems. Charlie goes to his own real shrink where he's able to score medication to prescribe to his peer patients. Soon, Charlie finds himself falling in love with one of his patients - the daughter of the school's principal. Charlie Bartlett is a fun teen comedy starring Robert Downy Junior, Hope Davis, and Anton Yelchin. Charlie Bartlett is in theaters on February 22, 2008.
