Noise

New York City streets are rife with police sirens, traffic, chatting commuters, and all types of racket. When big city dweller David Owens (played by Tim Robbins) decides he’s had enough, he strikes out against the city with minor retaliations, which eventually turns into full-blown vandalism. After one night in jail, Owens realizes his true calling; he’s “The Rectifier,” an urban street hero whose job is to bring noise violators to justice. Will his wife (Bridget Moynahan) accept his new calling as an aural vigilante?
