A suspenseful scandal between brothers. Edward Norton stars as an honest detective who’s concerned that a precinct which is run by his corrupt older brother (Noah Emmerich) may be involved in all types of corruption. When assigned to investigate, it becomes increasingly apparent that all of the corruption may be lead by another policeman (Colin Farrell), who just happens to be a best friend to both.
